Should there be a change to any item, or the total of items from an order, we will advise customers in the confirmation letter.

3. The beads pictured on this site are all handmade. Because of the nature of the process, no two are exactly alike and slight variations may occur. This means that the item you receive may vary slightly from the one shown, although we try to keep the consistency as close to true as possible.

4. All of our Jewellery peices are one-of-a-kind and we cannot guarantee that duplicate orders will be exactly the same or that any specific item will be available at all times. Please understand that all of our beads are handmade products, therefore we sometimes experience delays that leave us temporarily out of stock on certain items.

5. We sell our product by piece and not by gram. The weight shown in this site is only for shipping references only.

6. We are not responsible for any injury caused by the wearing or using of our products.

7. Customers responsible for any customs fees or any other fees charged by government in their respective country in addition to the shipping fee. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that might be charged. Please check customs regulation in your country.

Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important for us! We always make sure that every item is checked before being sent to you to ensure that every product meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfy with our products, we will accept exchange or give credit, depending on the case. We happily exchange your purchase when you ship your purchase back to us following the simple directions below:

1. There will be no refunds. We don't exchange if you change your mind.

2. Exchange must be requested within 14 days of delivery via email. Please indicate the reason for your exchange. No exchange will be accepted without prior approval.

3. Once we approve the exchange, the shipping address will be advised to you.
Please mail your item with the original receipt. No exchanges will be accepted without original receipt.

4. Merchandise must be in original condition and packed properly. We recommend that you return your merchandise via courier with tracking facility. We are not responsible for lost merchandise during exchanges.

5. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on the exchange and possible handling charges that may occurred.

6. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

7. All sales are final on clearance/sale Items.
